90-days streak on Headspace

I just did a 90-days streak on Headspace - a really nice and well implemented meditation application. I'm really really happy about it for two reasons:

a) It's a good thing for me! Meditation really gives you a little something (you might call it control, distance or non-attachment) to your feelings and your thoughts. I don't know for sure - but I think it quite works.

b) This attempt for me was an exercise of discipline and habit-forming. I try to exercise on it with several things the last few months. It's nice to have an always flying, easily-excited, creative mind but in order to use it to it's maximum, sometimes, you have to be able to focus and do the (whatever) activity for prolonged amounts of time i.e. form habits. So yes - I saw this as a habit forming exercise - and I'm very happy to manage to make it to 90 days. I don't think I will go for the 180-days one because it might turn to an obsessive-compulsive behaviour... but 90 days was a very nice milestone.

And yes - I'm really happy about this!!
