Just finished reading "Netty in Action" (MEAP)

Great book guys... it's ready - just release it! I think that Manning with MEAP does really good job selling their books before they are finished. This one is quite mature, credible, with nice layout, many well made diagrams and certainly it's great that you can get it Now.

Of course Netty didn't change a lot the last two three years and this book didn't change much either since I bought it in March which only makes you wonder why aren't there more books on Netty already out there? Packt - what are you waiting for? Well - I guess - as with any asynchronous framework with the exception of node.js the market doesn't quite pull the product nor the books on the subject.

I know guys... I've been on a similar journey with Scrapy but... your book looks great! The chapters or WebSockets and SPDY are very useful, the explanations on Part 2 easy to understand, you're almost there with the 300 pages milestone you promised Amazon and $44 is kind of fair enough... just push the button and release it! :)
